Pickled Red Onion
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 red onion, sliced thinly
Preparation
Whisk brine ingredients in small bowl until sugar and salt dissolve. Place onion in a jar; pour vinegar mixture over. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
Good for 2 weeks.
